Background
The background is research in human genetics and, subsequently, scientific management: coordinating teams, designing programmes, and translating between what science can say and what an organisation needs to decide. It includes two international technical assistance contracts as Team Leader, dedicated to establishing biotechnology centres, with responsibility for technical design and engagement with national administrations.
Working languages: English, Spanish, French and German. Based in Barcelona.
Why BEMER
The starting point was a personal interest in physical recovery; the result, an authorised distribution in Barcelona. It is a commercial activity and is presented as one: sales, rental and sessions with a medical device manufactured and certified by another company, which defines its indications and answers for them.
The scientific training helps in reading the technical documentation critically and explaining honestly what is known and what is not. It does not — and is not claimed to — qualify anyone here to practise medicine.
What you will not find here
No improvement percentages, no testimonials, no promised outcomes. Spanish law prohibits that kind of advertising in a health context, and for good reason: nobody can honestly guarantee an individual result. If that makes this site less persuasive than others, it is a price worth paying.
